I am Sneha Chaurasiya, a final-year B.A. English (Research) student at GLA University and a Creative Strategist who believes that the strength of any organization lies in the intentionality of its people operations. My perspective is shaped by a unique blend of literary analysis and hands-on leadership, allowing me to approach Human Resources with both a researcher’s critical eye and a leader’s empathy. I don’t just see myself as an administrator; I am a builder of workplace cultures who uses clear communication and data-driven insights to ensure that every team member is positioned for maximum impact.
My journey shifted from theory to high-stakes execution during my time as Vice President of the Prakriti Club, where I moved beyond basic coordination to architecting a massive recruitment drive, personally vetting and interviewing 40+ candidates to build a high-performing creative team from the ground up. This passion for talent acquisition was further tested in the corporate world through internships at Lernx and Career Corps, where I mastered the art of the professional first impression—from screening resumes to leveraging digital sourcing channels for global outreach. By integrating my academic background in nuanced human behavior with a practical commitment to technical accuracy in Excel, I have transformed from a student of language into a battle-tested professional ready to drive your organization’s hiring and operational success.
